'RUDY & MAYA' RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Moscow, Russia, 2003
The scheme is materializing the conception of a mega-form, which has the capability of setting the surrounding urban landscape to transition and assigning a new particular identity to it. The two potent elements of the proposal, the two towers Rudy and Maya, both hold strong symbolic topographical qualities. The design proposal is trying to locate and project the essence of the place, its spirit and heritage. Rudy and Maya are aiming to pull threads of collective Russian memory. The scheme reconciles the traditional urban field with modern technology through the use of an innovative architectonic vocabulary
