REDESIGNING OF AN EXISTING BUILDING AND ADDITION OF A NEW BUILDING

The project is a result of redesigning an existing seaside residence with a studio and designing from the beginning a new studio in an adjacent plot. This house is a semi-permanent residence for a couple of artists, Fernando Botero and Sophia Vari. Special attention was given, during the design, so that the couple's artwork, as well as many other design objects and furniture could be smoothly integrated to the residence’s external and internal spaces.
